Well... I decided to use my spare time to replace the burned out bulbs in my dash. Time to upgrade...:D. I used Scottyboy's how to's and some improvising to get the job done and here are the results.

A couple of notes... I was having issues with my POS camera and the lights do not cause as much glare in person.

I like how it turned out with the radio lights. I'm thinking about replacing the gauges with white LED's but I'm not sure yet...

Your thoughts?

I really like the LED look. How bright are they actually? The pics make em look VERY bright.

Looks just like mine. Oh and Jim, I had the same issues trying to take pics. They look about twice as bright in the pics as they actually are.

Now don't get me wrong, they are MUCH brighter than stock, but not quite as bright as the pics make it seem. :dunno:

I'd personally replace the guages with blue LED's to match the rest of the dash. Thats what I did. I should have done a write up on those too. :( Those are by far the easiest ones to swap out since no soldering is involved.

Very intriguing.... I will have to look into this over spring break. I thought maybe the two tone White/Blue would be cool but the blue gauges would also look very cool. Do you have any pictures?

And with the dimmer, it still kind of bugs me but I never use it anyways. I guess I just like the thought that its there in the even I ever needed it.
